We are now looking for an Accounting Assistant to join the customer invoicing team working with ICA stores that have chosen to use ICA Business Services.

About the role of Accounting Assistant

Here, you will play an important role in ensuring an efficient customer invoicing process. Together with a great team of colleagues, you will create and maintain ICA's customer relationships in close dialogue with the customer. You will work independently with your own responsibility, while team spirit is central – we support each other in daily work and reach our goals together.

You will have daily contact with customers and colleagues within ICA and contribute actively to developing and improving our working methods.

The team's task is to ensure correct customer accounts receivable for the stores. To succeed in this, you will daily, among other things:

• Handle errors in our invoicing system
• Ensure invoicing accuracy
• Perform reconciliations
• Handle quality requirements
• Have daily contact with our traders, their customers, and other units within the company.
• Investigate and analyze discrepancies to ensure correct accounts receivable and report a high-quality financial statement
• Initiate improvements in our workflows to increase quality and efficiency

Are you the one we are looking for?

We are looking for you who have post-secondary education in economics or accounting, or equivalent work experience from similar tasks. You are responsible and self-initiating, with the ability to plan and drive your work forward in a structured way. You are curious, positive, and have a desire to develop – both in the role and together with others. Good knowledge of Excel and system familiarity are meritorious, as is an interest in digitalization and automated working methods.

Being a team player is natural for you, and you are happy to share your knowledge. You easily adapt to new working methods and have the ability to see potential for improvements.
