Do you want to work in a key financial role where you can combine administration, customer contact, and supplier cooperation? We are now looking for an Accounting Assistant for a longer-term consulting assignment in Västerås.

Here you will have the opportunity to work broadly within accounts payable and contribute to efficient financial processes for our client. About the Assignment
The assignment is full-time, starting on August 17, 2026, and running until February 28, 2027. You will be part of a team where quality, collaboration, and service are in focus. The work is located in Västerås and involves daily contact with both suppliers and customers.

Who are you?
You are meticulous, structured, and enjoy taking responsibility for your work. You have a service-oriented approach, good collaboration skills, and enjoy having many contact areas. Furthermore, you are communicative, solution-oriented, and work efficiently even when the pace is high.

Responsibilities

  • Invoice verification
  • Invoice posting
  • Reconciliation of accounts payable
  • Handling of reminders and collection cases
  • Contact with suppliers
  • Contact with customers

Qualifications

  • Education in economics/finance
  • Experience in financial administration
  • Experience in service and customer contact
  • Strong administrative skills
  • Good communication skills in Swedish

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience from retail or trade
