About the RoleYou will become an important part of a customer invoicing team in a larger trade-related operation where the focus is on quality, efficiency, and digitalization. Here, customer invoicing and customer accounts receivable are central processes, and you ensure that they function correctly and smoothly every day.
The role combines accounting work with close contact with both customers, traders, and colleagues in other parts of the business. You work independently with your own responsibility, while being part of a team where collaboration and knowledge sharing are a natural part of everyday life. Responsibilities- You handle errors in the invoicing system and contribute to a stable invoice flow.
- You ensure that invoicing is correct and followed up in a structured manner.
- You perform reconciliations and work towards accurate customer accounts receivable.
- You investigate and analyze discrepancies to ensure quality in the receivables and contribute to a correct financial closing.
- You have daily dialogue with traders, their customers, and internal contacts to resolve issues and drive the work forward.
- You work with quality requirements management in the ongoing invoicing work.
- You initiate and contribute to improvements in processes and working methods to increase quality and efficiency.
- Post-secondary education in economics or accounting, or equivalent work experience from similar tasks.
- You can work independently, take responsibility, and drive your work forward in a structured manner.
- You thrive in a role with ongoing collaboration and daily contact with customers and colleagues.
- You easily adapt to new ways of working and want to contribute to improvements in daily work.
- Good knowledge of Excel.
- Good system proficiency.
- Interest in digitalization and automated working methods.
