Unit
The Swedish Armed Forces' Telecommunications and Information Systems Unit (FMTIS) is now looking for you who want to contribute to the continued development of Military Base Arboga and help strengthen Sweden's defence capability.
About the Unit
The position will belong to the upcoming Military Base Arboga. The department's and unit's task is to coordinate the Swedish Armed Forces' various joint unit operations within Military Base Arboga, such as premises utilization, security services, and mobilization. We direct our recruitment to you who want to work in a Swedish Armed Forces and a Military Base that is growing.
Main Responsibilities
In the role of Recruiter for Military Base Arboga, you will work broadly with recruitment by supporting the unit's HR administrators and recruiting managers with all parts of the recruitment process.
This involves supporting the creation of requirement profiles, writing job advertisements, publishing ads, supporting the selection process, and conducting interviews. There is great variation in the recruitment assignments, and you will support both military and civilian recruitment.
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications
- Education within HR/recruitment or other education/experience that the employer deems relevant.
- Fluent Swedish in speech and writing.
- Category B driver's license for manual transmission vehicles.
- Good knowledge of the Office suite.

MERITORIOUS
- Experience of recruitment within the Swedish Armed Forces.
- Experience of recruitment within the public sector.
- Experience with the recruitment system Reachmee.
- Experience with the IT system PRIO (SAP).
