ABOUT THE ROLE
Regulatory Compliance: You monitor legislative changes and industry standards to ensure organizational compliance.
Competency Compliance: You ensure that employees hold the correct training, licenses, and certifications to meet regulatory requirements and internal quality standards.
Process Development: You document, implement, and improve policies, working methods, and systems to ensure traceability and control over the organization's competencies.
Training Administration: You administer and plan training by coordinating course content and booking internal and external training resources.
Competency Mapping: You develop and conduct structured competency mappings for key roles in production and support functions.
Competency Databases: You administer and optimize systems for competency registration and traceability.
Strategic Competency Supply: You drive strategic competency supply through succession planning for critical roles and ensure long-term competency planning.
Support for Managers: You provide leaders with tools and support to work systematically with competency development in their teams.
Risk Assessments: You perform competency and compliance-related risk assessments in collaboration with safety, production, and quality.
Improvement Initiatives: You drive improvement projects related to competency, quality, and regulatory compliance.
Follow-up and Reporting: You develop KPIs, reports, and analyses for management and other key stakeholders.
Cross-functional Collaboration: You work closely with HR, production, quality, and environmental health & safety to create holistic solutions.
ABOUT YOU
We are looking for you who have a relevant academic education and at least five years of experience in competency supply and regulatory compliance work. Experience from the railway industry or manufacturing environment is advantageous.
You have good communication skills in Swedish and English, both written and verbal. It is important that you have the analytical ability to understand how different parts of the business affect each other, as well as the ability to identify risks and assess consequences related to competency, quality, or compliance.
You create order, systematic approaches, and clear processes. You possess strong communication and pedagogical skills to train staff and lead change initiatives. We also expect you to have good administrative experience and be proficient with relevant systems.
A humble attitude and good teamwork skills are crucial for success in this role.
