Jefferson Wells is now looking for an Accounting Assistant for an exciting assignment with ICA! As an Accounting Assistant, you will be part of the customer invoicing team working with ICA stores that use ICA Business Services. You will be responsible for ensuring an efficient and correct customer invoicing process and contributing to high quality in customer accounts receivable. The role involves close collaboration with colleagues, traders, and other internal functions. You will work both operationally and developmentally by identifying improvement opportunities in processes and working methods.

• Handle discrepancies and errors in the invoicing system
• Ensure correct invoicing
• Perform reconciliations and follow-ups
• Work with requirement management
• Have daily contact with customers, traders, and internal functions
• Investigate and analyze differences in customer accounts receivable
• Contribute to quality assurance of financial reporting data
• Identify and initiate improvements in processes and flows

• Post-secondary education in finance or accounting, or equivalent work experience
• Experience in similar tasks within finance or accounting
• Good system proficiency
• Good knowledge of Excel is an advantage
• Interest in digitalization and automation is an advantage
