You will become an important part of an economic team responsible for the customer invoicing process and maintaining accurate customer accounts receivable for several stores. In this role, you work closely with colleagues, traders, and customers to ensure smooth daily operations while contributing to high quality in the financial work.

Here, you combine ongoing accounting work with analysis, problem-solving, and improvement initiatives. You gain independent responsibility in your daily tasks, but also become part of a team where collaboration and knowledge sharing are central. This role is particularly interesting for you who want to work close to the business operations while contributing to more efficient and digital working methods.

• You handle errors in the invoicing system and contribute to a stable and correct invoice flow.
• You ensure that invoicing maintains high quality and follow up to ensure customer accounts receivable are correct.
• You perform reconciliations and work continuously to identify and resolve discrepancies.
• You work with requirement management and contribute to the qualitative follow-up of outstanding matters.
• You have daily contact with traders, their customers, and other parts of the business.
• You analyze deviations to contribute to correct accounting and high-quality year-end closing work.
• You initiate and drive improvements in processes and working methods to increase quality and efficiency.

• You have post-secondary education in economics or accounting, or equivalent work experience from similar tasks.
• You work responsibly, independently, and structured, driving your work forward with good planning skills.
• You thrive combining independent work with close collaboration in a team.
• You easily create good dialogue with customers and colleagues in daily work.
• You are curious, positive, and have a desire to develop in the role and together with others.
• You speak and write fluent Swedish and have good knowledge of English.

• Good knowledge of Excel.
• Good system proficiency.
• Interest in digitalization and automated working methods.
