VKN was founded in 2018 and is a smaller firm characterized by short decision-making paths, high responsibility, and close collaboration. Our main activity is auditing and advisory services for owner-managed companies across various industries. We are now looking for an Audit Associate who is ready for the next step. As an Audit Associate with us, you will play a central role in the business, working closely with clients and contributing to the firm's continued development. You will have the opportunity to take significant personal responsibility, build long-term customer relationships, and work on varied assignments across different industries.

• Auditing and quality assurance: Plan, execute, and lead audit assignments for owner-managed companies, mid-sized businesses, and groups.
• Relationship building: Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships through high availability and personal service.
• Business development: Contribute to the development of the firm's working methods, processes, and offerings.
• Mentorship and collaboration: Support and share your knowledge with colleagues and contribute to a strong team.

• Relevant university/college education
• Experience in auditing and customer responsibility.
• Ability to independently plan and drive assignments forward.
• A structured working method and high quality consciousness.
• Very good communicative skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

• Audit authorization (Auktoriserad revisor).
• Experience leading audit assignments and customer teams.
