VKN was founded in 2018, and we are a small firm characterized by short decision-making paths, a high degree of responsibility, and close collaboration. We are now looking for a Coordinator who wants to help develop structure and efficiency for our continued growth. The role starts part-time as agreed, with the possibility of increasing hours over time.

As a Coordinator, you will have a central role in the business, functioning as an administrative hub and support for both owners and employees. You will be responsible for creating structure, keeping processes together, and ensuring that daily operations run efficiently.

• Coordination and Planning: Coordinate meetings, assignments, customer administration, and internal processes.
• Administration and Follow-up: Ensure structure regarding documentation, deadlines, and ongoing administrative tasks.
• Communication and Marketing: Develop and manage the company's presence on social media and contribute to communication and employer branding.

Enjoys having many contact points, builds trust-based relationships easily, and appreciates a role that combines administration, planning, and communication. Since we are a small organization, you need to thrive taking personal responsibility, working independently, while also being a team player who is happy to support where needed.

• Experience in coordinating, administrative, or project-supporting work.
• Strong administrative skills and a structured way of working.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Ability to handle multiple parallel tasks simultaneously.
• Very good communication skills in Swedish, both verbal and written.
