We are now looking for a Junior Communications Specialist for an exciting consulting assignment in Västerås, starting immediately. 💼 About the role

In this role, you will support and drive various communication activities related to both internal and external audiences. You will work operationally with content creation, publishing, and media support – always with a focus on clear and engaging communication.

You will become an important part of the communication team and work closely with several different stakeholders in the organization.

Examples of tasks:

• Create content for digital and external channels ✍️

• Publish and update web material 🌐

• Handle press releases and support media contacts 📰

• Monitor and analyze media coverage 📊

• Contribute to communication campaigns and editorial work 🚀

• Ensure communication follows brand and strategy 🎯

✅ We are looking for you who have

• Experience in digital communication and publishing tools, such as Sitefinity

• Experience with press tools such as Cision

• Experience with media analysis tools like Retriever

• Good proficiency in content production in various formats, preferably with knowledge of Photoshop 🎨

• Very good communication skills in both Swedish and English

• A flat hierarchy and collaborative working approach 🤝

• Ability to work at a high pace and quickly get up to speed with new tasks

• A hands-on mentality and strong drive 💡

• Location: Västerås

• Scope: Part-time 50%

• Assignment period: August 3, 2026 - December 31, 2026

• Language: Swedish & English
