Riksbyggen's Service and Economic Center in Västerås is looking for an Economic Assistant to the Accounts Payable team.

Riksbyggen is looking for a match for the team, both in terms of your personal qualities and your ambition to grow with Riksbyggen. The position involves varied tasks and many different contact areas, both internally and externally.

As an Economic Assistant, you will be part of a team of 23 people with a strong team spirit and a high sense of responsibility within the group. Your tasks will include, among other things:

• Posting supplier invoices
• Handling reminders and collection cases
• Managing updates in our systems
• Process development within accounts payable

You contribute with your competence and engagement

We are looking for you who have a bachelor's degree from a university/college or a University College degree (YH). You may have previous experience working in Accounts Payable or as an Economic Assistant.

You should also speak and write fluently in Swedish, as all communication takes place in Swedish.

It is important that you have administrative skills and attention to detail, and are focused on completing commitments and tasks within deadlines. You need to be very service-oriented and able to communicate clearly via phone and email. You need to thrive working both independently and in a group, and be a good team player who contributes to good cohesion.

You are open to change and have the ability to see development and digitalization as a natural part of the work, as the Supplier Group is in a period of significant change with a focus on digitalization and efficiency as part of everyday life.

You also need to have a good ability to review information and understand financial flows. You should be able to act in a business-like and professional manner, create a trust-building dialogue, and be able to see and meet the customer's needs both in the short and long term. Experience with Agresso is meritorious. As a person, you should also be proactive, fearless, and structured.

The location for the position is Västerås.

The position is a permanent full-time employment. Riksbyggen applies a probationary period.
