About the Job
In your role with us, you will mainly work with customer service and sales over the phone and digital channels. You will be there to guide the customer further, for example with new policies, changes to existing insurance cases, and above all, to ensure they receive the absolute best help based on their overall needs. In this way, you will play an important role with us and in society. Together, we contribute to our customers' security, economic stability, and future. Together, we create a safer everyday life and a future filled with opportunities.

Flexibility
You can adjust your shifts based on your possibilities and needs as a student, but you need to be able to work 2-3 shifts/week. Our working hours are:

Weekdays: 16:00-20:00 or 17:00-20:00
Weekends: 10:00-16:00

Summer Job
During our vacation periods (in the summer as well as during the Christmas and New Year holidays), we need you as a substitute for our regular staff, in which case we offer you the opportunity to work full-time (approx. 37 hours/week).

Who are you?
To be considered for the position, you need to:

Be a student at a university/college or studying another post-secondary education, e.g., a qualified vocational education, university college, or folk high school.

Be able to communicate clearly in Swedish, both orally and in writing.

Experience in customer interaction and customer service is meritorious.

Does this sound interesting?
The start date for the position is 2026-09-01. We will begin the recruitment process during week 32. You will receive training for approx. 4 weeks, and it will be held on-site at our office in central Västerås. The training starts on September 1st and will be scheduled in the afternoons and evenings so that it fits with your studies.
