Do you want to work strategically with quality, legal security, and development within social services?

 

We are now looking for a Social Responsibility Coordinator (SAS) who wants to help strengthen and develop our operations. As SAS, you have an overarching and independent responsibility to ensure quality, legal security, and regulatory compliance across the entire scope of social services, from authority exercises to implementation within the entire Social and Employment Office.

You are a central function in our quality management system and work both strategically and close to the operations. The role involves analysis, follow-up, and development, while simultaneously serving as a qualified support to managers and leadership. You collaborate closely with other key functions within the Quality, System, and Administrative teams, as well as managers.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

As SAS/Operations Developer, you will have an overarching and strategic function for quality control and quality assurance within the Social and Employment Office's areas of operation, based on current laws and regulations. You will also have a supportive and educational role for our various operations. You will be primarily responsible for deviation management/Lex Sarah and the management system, which includes coordinating and ensuring that routines and guidelines are always up to date in close collaboration with managers and employees. You are expected to be driving in change and development work and in various ongoing processes, and will also have some responsibility for various types of statistics. Other tasks may become relevant.

You will be part of a great team together with other support functions, and you are expected to contribute to the whole and collaborate with several different actors internally and externally. Among other things, you will:

  • Develop and follow up on management systems for systematic quality work
  • Ensure legally secure processes in case handling and implementation
  • Conduct quality reviews, analyses, and internal controls
  • Be responsible for Lex Sarah investigations and overall deviation management
  • Follow up and develop social documentation
  • Coordinate inspections and external audits
  • Prepare materials and report to management and the board
  • Support managers and operations in quality and development issues
  • Plan and conduct training initiatives

 

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who have:

  • An academic degree as a social worker
  • Good knowledge of current legislation (Social Services Act, LSS, LVU, LVM)
  • Experience in quality work, follow-up, or development work within social services
  • Good analytical skills and ability to work in a structured manner

It is meritorious if you have experience of:

  • working in a strategic or coordinating role
  • supervisory work or investigations
  • working in a politically governed organization

  • confident in your role and have good collaboration skills
