Cooperative Vilja is a user cooperative for people with disabilities who are entitled to personal assistance. We are a small cooperative that values quality assistance. The purpose of our work is to give our members opportunities for a good quality of life, self-determination, and participation in societal life.

Vilja is an IfA-approved assistance provider and follows a collective agreement adapted to the business between Fremia and Kommunal. We offer assistance with care and quality.

A prerequisite for starting employment with us is that you can present a personal identity certificate and any documents proving the right to work in Sweden. We also ask that you present an extract from the criminal record.

About the job

Cooperative Vilja is looking for a happy and ambitious personal assistant for a nice 19-year-old young man living in Malmö.

We are looking for you who can work during the day, evening, and weekends, and in some cases also at night. It is desirable that you can also step in when needed for holidays and sick leave. We are only seeking female assistants for this assignment.

This young man uses a wheelchair and needs support with communication, care, personal hygiene, and tube feeding. You will be his extended arm.

As his lungs are sensitive, it is an absolute requirement that you are a non-smoker. You must also master the Swedish language without hindrance.
