About the operations

The Karby principal area consists of a municipal primary school (grades F-6) with approximately 200 students, an associated after-school center, and a preschool. Karby School is located in Brottby, a green and quiet environment in the north-eastern part of Vallentuna, where the school forms a central part of society. We have a clear focus on early interventions together with our two special needs teachers.

Job responsibilities

In this role, you work as a teaching teacher and mentor and are part of a team together with other teachers and after-school staff. You work actively to develop your teaching and share our idea that teaching should be accessible to all our students. You create good conditions for learning by providing a good learning environment with safety and study peace in your classroom. As a teacher and mentor, you work actively and purposefully to ensure that every student is given influence over and takes responsibility for their school situation. You create good and trusting relationships with your students, colleagues, and guardians.

Qualifications

• Licensed teacher for lower ages. Merit with eligibility for year 3 and 4.
• Experienced in documenting, analyzing, and working systematically.
• Well rooted in the school's steering documents.
• Accustomed to working with digital tools.
• Good knowledge of Swedish in both speech and writing.
