Your role

In your role as a substitute, you help create a secure foundation for our students who require extraordinary support, as well as specially designed pedagogy and social training. You are present as support by the students' side throughout the school day, during lessons, at recess, and during after-school care if applicable. A key part of the job is to stimulate and motivate students to develop their abilities and create opportunities for learning. Your duties also include some documentation.

About Kung Saga Gymnasium

Kung Saga Gymnasium has an aesthetic focus on music, theater, dance, and visual arts. We have approximately 45 students.

We combine theater, music, visual arts, and dance with theoretical subjects to make education as concrete and engaging as possible for the students. We have fantastic facilities, including a music studio, dance hall, rehearsal room, and a large auditorium with a stage. The team of 30 employees here is creative and cheerful. The school is located at Telefonplans Square, just 1 minute from Telefonplans metro station.

Your experience and knowledge

We assume that you, applying to us:

• Have a positive outlook and a strong commitment to people
• Are responsible and possess personal maturity
• Enjoy working in a team and supporting your colleagues

You have at least a high school education within care and assistance or child care/child and leisure, or other education assessed as equivalent. It is an advantage if you have experience working with the target group, students with neuropsychiatric disabilities and/or intellectual disabilities.

You have good computer skills and experience with documentation. Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, is required, but otherwise, your CV is not the most important factor. If you have the right qualities, we will provide you with support and opportunities to grow.
