Innovitaskolan consists of 26 preschools and primary schools created for the needs of the future. About us:

INNOVITASKOLAN VÄLLINGBY PARK operates in bright, fine premises. Here, students can attend from preschool up to grade 9. We have two school buildings. In one building, students attend from preschool up to grade 6, and in the other building, students attend from grade 7 to grade 9. All students and children have good conditions to be seen and developed based on their individual prerequisites. The schoolyard is constantly being developed, and the proximity to green areas is utilized frequently.

We are looking for you who are a certified primary school teacher and are qualified in mathematics for grades 7–9, and who want to work at a school that wants to give all students the opportunity to make their own choices in the future. Here, you will contribute every day to all students' development towards the goals of education and support colleagues, students, and the entire work team.

Your assignment

You are a certified mathematics teacher who is used to collaborating in work teams but also working independently. Your strength is creating good relationships with students, guardians, and colleagues. We have a subject-teacher system, which means you teach in your subject. Our upper primary school is two-parallel. You plan and conduct teaching, as well as make subject assessments and set grades. We see subject integration as important to create context across different subjects, and we work with an equal lesson design where our Innovitskills are included: explore, innovate, and balance. All our teachers working 100% have mentor students, which means close contact with guardians regarding the students' knowledge development.

In close collaboration with other teachers and the principal, you contribute to creating accessible learning environments that enable all students to succeed in school. You are good at setting up adaptations and special support based on students' needs and prerequisites. You work with language development in all grades.

Your profile

We are looking for you who have high ambitions for our children's learning and development. Our work is characterized by high engagement. Therefore, we are looking for you with a large personal engagement for learning and who are driven by exploring new methods and techniques in teaching through collegial collaboration.

As a teacher with us, you are receptive and want to guide students into the future. You are also creative, open, structured, and a clear leader. You base your work on research and experience and are not afraid to try different methods in your teaching. You have experience in driving processes and improvement work. You should have an approach that keeps the focus on goal fulfillment through follow-up and analysis. It is meritorious if you have good knowledge of modern digital tools.
