About us

Närhälsan Sandared is a well-functioning health centre with 30 creative employees in various professional categories who together form a competent team. The commitment is high and the sense of well-being is strong. The health centre is beautifully located by Viaredssjön, approximately 13 km west of Borås city centre. Good connections are available by train or bus from both Gothenburg and Borås.

About the job

Your tasks at the health centre are varied, with the patient encounter at the core. As a medical secretary, you are an important employee at the health centre. Your main tasks include writing in the patient record system Asynja Visph, handling incoming referral responses, and providing local IT support. Reception duties are also included, where you are the first person patients meet.

About you

You are trained as a medical secretary. Previous experience working in primary care is an advantage. You have a genuine interest in digitalisation and good knowledge in the field. In addition, you express yourself well in Swedish, both orally and in writing.

As a person, you are service-oriented and proactive. You enjoy working independently but also have good collaboration skills. You like variety in your work and find it easy to switch between different tasks. Since the workload varies, it is important that you can prioritise your tasks. We also see that you, together with us, have a strong interest in business development.

A professional attitude and a friendly approach towards customers, patients, and colleagues is a given for you. We also expect you to live up to Närhälsan's core values: Reliable, Considerate, and Innovative.

Other

The position is a fixed-term assignment of 6 months, with a high possibility of extension. Part of the time will also be spent at Närhälsan Bollebygd health centre.

Interviews are conducted on a rolling basis.
