Do you want to help develop the school of the future?
We are now looking for an engaged and driven Development Leader for our F3 school. The role is central to our development work and offers great opportunities to influence and shape the assignment according to your competence and experience.

Responsibilities
Bo School is an F-3 school with approximately 185 students, located in Lidingö, about 10 minutes from Ropsten, with proximity to nature and a large, inviting courtyard.
As a Development Leader, you have overall responsibility for driving and systematizing pedagogical development work. You act as the link between the principal and the staff, working closely with the principal to achieve the school's set goals. You have specific responsibility for:
- Leading and developing the pedagogical activities of the after-school center (fritidshem).
- Driving and developing the school's values-based work.
- Coordinating and developing internal processes and routines.
- Handling administrative tasks related to the operations.
- Supporting in certain personnel-related matters.
- Working with systematic quality work and follow-up of results.
The assignment is flexible, and we will shape your areas of responsibility and tasks based on the school's needs, your strengths, and experiences.
You work in a structured and methodical manner and can handle multiple tasks simultaneously. You act professionally in all situations, are proactive and engaged, and have a genuine interest in developing the school's operations to increase goal fulfillment. You also have the ability to inspire and strengthen colleagues, as well as create good relationships with students and guardians. To succeed with us, you have a holistic view and problem-solving skills. You are self-reliant, flexible, and proactive, take responsibility for your tasks, and drive your processes forward.
Qualifications
We are looking for you who:
- Have pedagogical education and experience from school and/or after-school centers.
- Are a certified teacher, preferably with a focus on F3 or teachers for after-school centers.
- Have experience in development work and driving processes.
In addition to the requirements, we see that you work in a structured and methodical manner and can handle multiple tasks simultaneously. You act professionally in all situations, are proactive and engaged, and have a genuine interest in developing the school's operations to increase goal fulfillment. You also have the ability to inspire and strengthen colleagues, as well as create good relationships with students and guardians. Employment Terms
The position is a permanent employment with an extent of 75–100%. The municipality applies individual salary setting. Start date according to agreement.
