Tegelhagen School is a municipal F-9 school (grades 1-9) with approximately 640 students. The school is located in a quiet residential area in southern Sollentuna, in a beautiful natural environment close to forests, meadows, and lakes. At Tegelhagen School, the student's development and well-being are always at the center. The school has high safety figures among students, low staff turnover, and high satisfaction among our competent and driven employees. Two areas that characterize the school are the use of digital tools and outdoor pedagogy.

This is a permanent position at 100%, starting in August or as agreed.

Responsibilities

As a teacher for grades 4–6, you are responsible for planning, implementing, and following up on teaching in accordance with the curriculum's goals. You teach several subjects and create clear structures and a secure learning environment where students are given study peace and good opportunities to develop.

You work language-developing, make adjustments based on students' needs, and follow up on their knowledge development. The role involves close collaboration with colleagues in the teaching team, the after-school center, and the student health team to create joint working methods that benefit students' learning and social development. There may also be an opportunity for a lead teacher assignment in mathematics.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who are a confident and engaged teacher with clear leadership skills and the ability to create structure and study peace. You work independently, are proactive, and adapt teaching to students' different needs.

You are relationship-building and establish good relationships with both students and guardians. A structured work style, holistic view, and solution-oriented ability are important for success in the role. You thrive in a team where collaboration and shared responsibility are a matter of course.

Requirements

• Licensed teacher for grades 4–6
• Qualification in mathematics
