The Role
As a resource assistant at Lommar School, you play a central role in creating conditions for the students' learning, social development, and well-being. Through a relationship-building and professional approach, you contribute to creating safety, structure, and participation throughout the school day.
You work closely with the students in both teaching situations and during breaks and other social contexts.
As a resource assistant, you are an important part of the school's collective work to create an accessible and inclusive learning environment. You collaborate closely with teachers, student health services, and other professionals to ensure that students receive cohesive support that promotes both knowledge development and social development.

Lommar School is a resource school for students who are in need of extensive support to achieve educational goals.
The role involves meeting students in various situations and, together with other professionals, contributing to creating predictability, motivation, and hope for the future. What You Need to Bring
Requirements
We are looking for someone who:
- Has experience working with children and young people.
- Has a good ability to create, develop, and maintain trusting relationships.
- Is a secure, stable, and clear adult who can create structure and predictability for the students.
- Has the ability to work with low affective responses and remain calm, patient, and professional even in challenging situations.
- Has a relational and inclusive approach where the student's strengths, needs, and conditions are at the center.
- Has good collaboration skills and sees the value of working together with teachers, student health services, and guardians to create a holistic view of the student.
- Is solution-focused, flexible, and has the ability to adapt your working methods based on the student's and the operation's needs.
Merits
- Experience working with students with neuropsychiatric disabilities (NP).
- Experience working in a resource school or other operations for students in need of extensive support measures.

Employment Type, Scope, and Start Date
- Employment Type: Permanent position
- Scope: 100%
- Start Date: August 10th or as agreed
For this role, the starting salary is normally between 25,000–29,000 SEK depending on experience and competence.
A probationary period may apply for permanent positions.
