WORK ASSIGNMENTS

You will work with teaching in preschool class to grade 3, as well as planning, follow-up, documentation, and value-based work based on the curriculum Lgr 22.

You will be part of the F-3 work team where, together with your colleagues, you contribute to the school's development, and where you together strive to develop and achieve the set goals.

You vary your teaching and adapt to the group so that all students learn and develop. Working as a teacher is about constantly developing based on the students we meet. You should have good pedagogical competence and be well acquainted with the primary school's steering documents, as well as using digital tools in your teaching.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who are a certified teacher for grades F-3, passionate about developing teaching, and are a strong pedagogical leader.

Great importance is attached to personal suitability, such as engagement, flexibility, cooperation, structure, and the ability to build good relationships with students, guardians, and colleagues.

You should have a working style where student influence and flexibility are a natural part. You are a good leader with clarity in communication, goals, and results. You have qualities that include both structure and creativity.
