Background
Fritidsforum – The National Association of Swedish Youth Clubs and Meeting Places is a non-profit national organization driven by ideals. We believe in the strength and resources of young people and advocate for open, democratic meeting places for all ages. Founded in 1937, the association has since championed youth self-organization, education, learning, association building, and the importance of youth clubs and meeting places grounded in democracy.
Members include meeting places and youth associations, which are internally divided into regular and associate members. Regular members consist of non-profit associations that operate meeting places, youth centers, 'All Activity Houses', cultural houses, and similar venues for all ages with activities for young people, as well as youth associations where at least 60% of members are aged 13–25. Associate members are municipal youth clubs and other open meeting places.
The association is now seeking a Process Manager on a part-time basis (50%) to strengthen our capacity in member relations. The assignment runs from September to December. The role involves contacting member associations and supporting the processing of membership applications. There will also be a focus on supporting member associations with their annual general meetings and governing documents. A few domestic trips are expected during the autumn of 2026. In this role, we expect you to work in a structured, independent, and goal-oriented manner.

The start date is no later than the end of September, preferably earlier. Fritidsforum's office is centrally located on Kungsholmen.
