Our client is in an exciting phase of growth and development, focusing on creating a modern, efficient, and business-close finance function with high digital maturity. We are now looking for a Rental Administrator. This is a 10-month consultancy assignment starting in November. For the right person, this may lead to employment with our client afterwards. We are looking for someone who wants to take employment as a consultant or work as a sub-consultant with us.
About the Role
In this role, you will have a central function where you are responsible for ensuring that rental flows and contracts are handled correctly, efficiently, and with high quality. You will work closely with other internal functions and act as a key link between finance, property management, and administration. The assignment involves both operational work and the opportunity to contribute to the development and improvement of working methods within rental administration.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the administration of rental agreements, including setup, updates, and quality assurance of contract data.
- Handle rental invoices and ensure correct billing according to agreements and index adjustments.
- Work with operational settlements and ensure correct cost allocation.
- Monitor rental payments and handle reminders and collection processes as needed.
- Ensure high data quality in property systems (Unit4 PM or equivalent).
- Act as the internal contact point for questions related to rental flows and agreements.
- Contribute to developing and streamlining working methods within rental administration.
- Support the closing process related to rental items.
Suitable Background
We are looking for you who have experience in rental administration, property-related finance, or similar tasks. You have a good understanding of rental agreements and financial flows and are accustomed to working in property systems, preferably Unit4 PM or equivalent. Furthermore, you have good knowledge of Excel and feel confident handling and analyzing data related to rental administration.

You have analytical skills and an eye for detail, while also being able to work independently and take initiative. You are service-oriented, collaborate easily with others, and are eager to contribute to improvements and streamlining in daily work.
About the Company
This is a 10-month consultancy assignment suitable for both those who wish to invoice through their own company or join us as an employee. The assignment starts in November, and our client is located centrally in Stockholm.
