Are you a service-oriented and independent switchboard operator who thrives in a dynamic environment? We are now looking for experienced switchboard operators for future assignments with a well-known organization in Stockholm. The assignments primarily arise during short-term absences and temporary work peaks, which means we are looking for someone who appreciates flexibility and has the ability to step in with short notice.

About the Role

As a switchboard operator, you are responsible for receiving and forwarding incoming calls as well as providing professional service to internal and external contacts. You work independently, handle multiple communication channels, and need to be able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment without compromising on quality. You will represent the business in a professional manner and be an important part of the daily service. The role places high demands on accuracy, good judgment, and professional interaction in all situations.

Person Profile

We are looking for you who:

• Have experience working independently as a switchboard operator
• Have practical experience with the Tele2 switch system
• Speak and write Swedish fluently
• Have good knowledge of English
• Are service-oriented and communicative
• Have good initiative and can make independent decisions
• Enjoy working at a fast pace
• Are stress-resistant and solution-oriented

About the Assignments

The assignments are needs-based and may arise with short notice. Before you become eligible for staffing, you will undergo an introduction at the client's site to ensure that you have the right prerequisites to start contributing from day one.
