About the role

Our client is a fast-growing, international tech company with offices in the heart of Stockholm. They are now looking for a summer temp for the reception and office – someone who steps in with energy, takes initiative, and ensures daily operations run smoothly for all employees.

This is a hands-on and social role where you are the face of the company and the heart of the office. No two days are alike, and that’s exactly how you like it!

Responsibilities

• Receive and welcome visitors, couriers, and colleagues with a smile
• Ensure the coffee machine is always working and meeting rooms are in top condition
• Monitor and replenish office supplies and fruit baskets
• Handle incoming mail, deliveries, and communication with vendors and the building owner
• Coordinate Friday coffee breaks and contribute to a pleasant office environment
• Solve practical problems as they arise – you fix things without needing to be told

Conditions

• Employment type: Summer temp position via Simplex Bemanning
• Location: Odenplan, Stockholm
• Working hours: Full-time, office hours
• Period: Weeks 27–30 and week 33
• Salary: 143 SEK/hour
• Start: Immediately

We are looking for someone who

• Is fluent in Swedish and English – both spoken and written
• Is a natural problem solver who takes initiative
• Has an eye for detail and order – you notice when a chair is slightly crooked
• Is social, warm, and thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Has previous experience in service, reception, or a similar role
