On behalf of our client, we are currently looking for an HR Administrator for a consultancy assignment starting immediately. The assignment runs until the turn of the year and offers the opportunity to work in a varied and developmental role within a changing environment.

About the role

As an HR Administrator, you will work broadly with HR-related administration, system management, and process work. You will handle ongoing personnel administration and work with sensitive information, which places high demands on structure and precision. The role is new and therefore still somewhat undefined, offering the opportunity to help shape working methods and routines.

Responsibilities

• HR administration linked to the entire employee lifecycle
• Setup for new hires and coordination of onboarding
• Ongoing personnel administration in internal systems
• Administration in external systems, for example, related to sick leave
• System management and support in various administrative processes
• Contribute to the development and improvement of routines and working methods

Suitable background

• A couple of years of experience in HR administration or similar administrative roles
• Very good system proficiency and experience working in multiple systems simultaneously
• Advantageous with experience from an accounting department or other administrative environment
• Experience handling confidential information
• Used to working independently and seeking out information on your own

Personal qualities

We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, structured, and meticulous. You have a good ability to prioritize and deliver with quality, even during periods of high workload. You are resilient, proactive, and thrive in a role where all parts are not yet fully defined. Furthermore, you are service-oriented and have a professional approach when handling sensitive information.
