About the Part-Time Customer Service Representative Role

As a Customer Service Representative, you will become part of Boo Energi's customer service team. You handle both incoming and outgoing calls, chat, and email, as well as receiving customers on-site. You work actively with selling electricity contracts and re-establishing dialogue with former customers.

You become an important part of the team and contribute to both providing good service and driving sales forward. The role is fast-paced and varied, requiring you to take responsibility and enjoy working both independently and together with colleagues. The position is part-time with flexible working hours, approximately 2 days a week, and more during peak work periods, such as in December. We adapt the schedule to your studies.

Your Main Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, email, and in-person
• Drive sales of electricity contracts to existing, potential, and former customers
• Ensure high customer satisfaction through follow-up and advice

About You

We are looking for someone who is service-oriented, communicative, and enjoys sales. As a person, you are driven and proactive, motivated by roles where you can take ownership and responsibility. You are a relationship builder and adapt to different customers' needs. Furthermore, you have a structured approach where you have the ability to prioritize and be proactive in your tasks.

Important for the role:

• Ongoing post-secondary studies with at least one year remaining
• Interest in customer service and sales
• Comfortable using the phone as a work tool
• Good computer literacy
• Fluent language skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

Meritorious for the role:

• Previous experience in customer service or sales
• Experience with CRM systems
• Previous work in electricity trading
