Your responsibilities

As a Procurement Specialist within construction and contracting, you are responsible for planning, executing, and following up on procurement processes in the construction and contracting sector. The role involves creating and quality-assuring request for proposal (RFP) documentation in accordance with the Swedish Public Procurement Act (LOU) as well as relevant standard agreements such as AB and ABT. You will manage the entire process from advertising and bid evaluation to assessment and award, ensuring that all steps are correctly documented. The job also includes close collaboration with internal clients, dialogue with suppliers, and providing business advisory support and expertise in contracting law.

Your profile

• Good knowledge of AB 04, ABT 06, ABK 09, and AMA AF 12 and/or AMA AF 21.
• Experience with both general contracting (totalentreprenad) and execution contracting (utförandeentreprenad).
• At least two (2) years of experience where more than 50% of working time was dedicated to procurement within construction and contracting services, as well as technical consultants.
• Experience in independently conducting and being responsible for procurements according to LOU.
• Experience with at least three (3) different advertised procurement procedures according to LOU during the last five (5) years.
