About the Role of Interim Head of Growth
In the role of Interim Head of Growth, you will work in an operational and commercial capacity, taking ownership of building and improving Compodium's sales processes. The role is strongly focused on new customer acquisition and structured outbound sales, where you drive the entire sales process from prospecting to signed deals. You are also expected to work on business development and segment strategy, with a primary focus on smaller and mid-sized players within total defense. A central part of the role is to identify and prioritize the most successful market segments to scale them further.
You will become part of a small sales organization and report directly to the CEO. The working style is characterized by fast decision-making and close collaboration with functions such as Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. If good results are demonstrated in the role, the ambition is for the position to transition into a permanent employment after the initial 9 months.
Your main responsibilities:
- Develop Compodium's sales processes in an operational growth role.
- Drive new customer sales through structured outbound and the entire sales cycle.
- Work on business development and segment strategy targeting smaller and mid-sized players.
- Identify, prioritize, and scale successful customer segments.
About You
We are looking for you who have several years of work experience in B2B SaaS sales and are confident in driving the entire sales process; from prospecting and new customer acquisition to quote, follow-up, and closing. Experience from scaleups or other fast-growing SaaS companies is a plus. You have a good understanding of subscription business, recurring revenue, and what is required to create growth in a SaaS business. Furthermore, you are accustomed to working structured with CRM systems and following up on sales activities and pipeline in a data-driven manner. If you also have experience using AI as support in sales or marketing work, and/or have worked with Upsales, this is considered a merit.

Furthermore, you are collaborative and enjoy working closely with your colleagues.
Key requirements for the role:
- Several years of experience in B2B SaaS sales and confidence in the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
- Good understanding of subscription business, recurring revenue, and growth-driven SaaS sales.
- Accustomed to working structured in CRM systems and following up on pipeline and sales activities in a data-driven way.
- Documented experience in new customer and outbound sales in a commercial role.
- Fluent language skills in Swedish and English.
Preferred qualifications for the role:
- Experience from scaleups or fast-growing SaaS companies.
- Experience with Upsales as a CRM system.
- Experience using AI as support in sales or marketing work.
