Your Responsibilities

An IT/Technical Procurement Specialist is responsible for planning, executing, and following up on procurement of IT systems, technical solutions, and consulting services. The role involves developing specifications and tender documents in accordance with the Swedish Public Procurement Act (LOU), often in close collaboration with the business units to ensure the correct functional and technical requirements. The procurement specialist handles the entire process from advertising and bid evaluation to assessment, award, and contract signing. The work also includes dialogue with suppliers and ensuring that the business is both commercially sound and legally correct. The role requires a good understanding of the IT market, technical solutions, and contract types, as well as the ability to translate business needs into clear and measurable requirements.

Your Profile

• At least two (2) years of experience where more than 50% of working time was spent on IT/technical procurement of systems, services, and goods.
• Experience in independently conducting and being responsible for procurement of IT/technical services, IT systems, or IT/technical goods.
• Experience with at least three (3) different advertised procurement procedures according to LOU during the last three (3) years.
• At least one (1) procurement must concern the implementation or management of IT systems.
• Experience with SLAs and industry-specific contracts, such as the standard contracts from the IT and Telecom Companies.
