We are looking for someone who combines technical system understanding, administrative precision, and the ability to create SEO-optimized product communication. In this role, you will produce and quality-assure commercially strong product texts while ensuring that product information is correct, complete, and accessible in our systems and channels.

About the role

You are responsible for creating, publishing, and maintaining product communication for our various channels. A key part of the role is making product texts and product information available and maintaining them in Rusta's PIM system, Inriver, where all content must be correct, complete, and SEO-optimized.

As we operate in multiple markets and continue to grow, you will also coordinate translations and align language matters with colleagues in other countries. You will contribute to ensuring that our product communication is clear, consistent, and easy for the customer to understand.

You will join an energetic workplace with high drive and a warm, considerate culture. The office is located in fine premises in Upplands Väsby. You will report to the Head of Digital and Customer Insights.

Examples of tasks:

• Write, edit, and quality-assure product texts with a focus on SEO and customer benefit for channels such as web, DR, packaging, and in-store communication

• Work in the PIM system Inriver with product data, attributes, product enrichment, and quality assurance of product information

• Monitor and handle cases in ClickUp related to product communication, as well as coordinate and implement content updates in Inriver

• Coordinate translations together with a translation agency and internal contacts within marketing and other functions

• Troubleshoot, follow up, and ensure quality in product information throughout the entire information flow

• Use AI tools as support in text production, optimization, and quality assurance of content

About you

We are looking for someone who is structured, driven, and meticulous. You are unpretentious and motivated by creating business and customer value through communication. You have strong collaboration skills and are used to handling many contacts, while also enjoying working independently. Furthermore, you have an interest in problem-solving and in developing working methods and workflows.

We would like you to have/be:

• Experience from a similar role

• Experience with PIM systems

• Good technical understanding and system proficiency

• Experience working with product information, product enrichment, or master data

• Experience with SEO-optimized product texts and digital content production

• Ability to work structured and administratively with large amounts of information

• Very good ability to express yourself in writing in Swedish and English

• Interest in digital tools, AI, and streamlining working methods

• Basic knowledge of Excel

Experience from retail, e-commerce, or product organization is a plus.
