About the role: As a Purchasing Manager, you will work both operationally and tactically with tenders within contracting, operations, and FM services, where you will:
- Lead and conduct tenders (RFQ/RFP) within construction/projects, operations, and maintenance
- Develop and manage the supplier base based on performance, risk, and business goals
- Work closely with the operations organization to ensure that procured solutions are implementable and efficient
- Be a key contact against the client, suppliers, and internal functions
- Plan and conduct tenders from an operational and tactical perspective
- Create request for quotation/specification documents, requirement specifications, and evaluation models
- Conduct supplier assessments, negotiations, and contract signing in accordance with central processes
- Monitor agreements and supplier performance through KPIs and audits
- Collaborate with operations and technical teams to ensure the correct scope and level of tenders
- Handle deviations, risks, and improvement measures related to suppliers
- Contribute to the development of processes, working methods, and standardization within purchasing
- Identify efficiencies and development work in the supply chain
- Experience with public procurement (LOU)
- Background in operational contracting or infrastructure
- Experience with ISO standards (9001, 14001, 45001, and 55001)
- Experience from larger or international organizations
- A team player who thrives on collaboration and sharing knowledge
- Business-driven and structured
- Very skilled in negotiation and supplier dialogue
- Self-motivated and solution-oriented
- Able to combine operational execution with tactical improvement work

- Security clearance according to the Security Protection Act (2018:585) may be required for certain customer assignments
The position is full-time (100%) and permanent with an initial probationary period of 6 months. Start date for the position, by agreement.
