About the role
We are looking for an experienced Registrar for a consultancy assignment with Tyresö Bostäder. As a Registrar, you will, among other things, classify and register cases and all public documents. You will also distribute incoming documents to the correct recipient in the client's document and case management system in accordance with current legislation and internal procedures.

You have a good understanding of digital systems and can handle multiple cases in parallel, prioritize effectively, and work quickly without compromising on quality. You create and maintain structure in both documents and cases, while also having the ability to identify risks and areas for development to continuously improve working methods and processes.

The role also includes the following tasks:

  • Distribute documents that do not need to be registered to the correct recipient according to routine.
  • Receive, assess, and release documents according to established rules for release, including releases with confidentiality.
  • Produce statistics on ongoing and closed cases.
  • Answer questions regarding documents, cases, and the diary via phone, email, and in person.
  • Weed out and archive documents and cases in consultation with the archivist and/or according to routine.
  • Provide support and service to the public and staff.

Assignment period and scope
The position is a consultancy assignment on a part- or full-time basis (30–38.5 hours/week) with a start date as soon as possible. The assignment is expected to run until September 30th, with the possibility of extension for an additional 1–2 months.

Remote work may be an option 1–2 days per week by agreement.

Requirements for the role:

  • Upper secondary education or equivalent.
  • Diploma as a Registrar through SIPU's education or academic education; Course A – Archives and Information Science, 30 credits Document Management for Registrars.
  • At least 1 year of professional experience as a Registrar.
  • Good knowledge of document and case management systems (e.g., Public360, W3D3, Platina, etc.).
  • Good knowledge of MS Office. ECDL certificate or equivalent is preferred.
  • Good knowledge of laws and regulations governing public operations and the Registrar's function and responsibilities.
