Job Description

Ensuring our candidates have a truly great experience from the first click of their application to their first day at work is exactly what you will make a reality in this role. To succeed, you are a pro at structure, are communicatively skilled, and have strong drive. Did we just describe you? Then we are looking for you!

Your Role

As a Recruitment Administrator, you drive recruitment processes for positions such as store, warehouse, and assistant roles from start to finish. You are part of an engaged team of recruitment specialists and administrators who highly value quality, fantastic candidate experiences, and satisfied managers.

You handle ongoing administrative tasks, which mainly consist of:

  • Holding kick-off meetings with hiring managers
  • Publishing job ads and screening applications
  • Conducting phone interviews
  • Organizing and supporting assessment centers and personal interviews
  • Communicating with candidates via email – everything from answering questions to sending interview invitations or rejection letters

As needed, you help prepare for and participate in recruitment events and job fairs, and may also support Employer Branding projects. You report to the Team Leader Talent Acquisition.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who brings their first experience in Talent Acquisition, or who has strong administrative experience and now wants to take the step into the recruitment world. Regardless of your background, we believe you will succeed and thrive in this role if you:

  • Have completed vocational education (e.g., upper secondary or post-secondary) or equivalent qualifications that give you a solid foundation
  • Are structured and have the ability to quickly get up to speed with and handle administrative tasks
  • Have good communication skills when interacting with both candidates and the organization
  • Value collaboration, are unpretentious, and see that it is precisely together that we can deliver the best results

What We Offer

It is important to us that our employees thrive – in every way. Therefore, we offer work in an environment characterized by our core values: performance, respect, trust, down-to-earth attitude, and community. Since we are growing, you can grow. Quickly. Within your role, or towards another. In the same place, or somewhere else. Within a store, warehouse, or office. Locally, nationally, or globally. We support you on your journey towards more responsibility and new challenges.

You will become part of a large team where everyone rolls up their sleeves and helps each other. Sometimes you will find us at our state-of-the-art headquarters, where we have access to a gym and great discounted prices in the cafeteria. But of course, we are also a flexible workplace with the possibility of hybrid work. You receive everything from wellness benefits, parental allowance supplements, and employee discounts in our stores to free counseling from psychologists, lawyers, and economists, as well as numerous offers via our benefits portal. Naturally, you are also covered by collective agreements and a pension plan. We enable fair pay setting within the company through a non-discriminatory pay system. For union-related questions, contact Unionen's local union club via email at [email protected].
