Your responsibilities

In the role of Senior Accounting Consultant or Senior Economist, you work broadly with qualified economic services for the firm's clients. You are responsible for driving and quality-assuring economic processes, creating structure, and contributing with advice that develops the clients' businesses.

You will among other things:

• Be responsible for and quality-assure clients' economic processes
• Independently deliver economic services according to service agreements
• Establish and develop routines, working methods, and processes
• Provide advisory support to clients and contribute with business-related insights and improvement proposals
• Work with year-end accounts, annual reports, income tax returns, and financial reporting
• Handle ongoing accounting, payments, as well as customer and supplier ledgers
• Prepare VAT and tax declarations
• Work with ongoing payroll administration
• Conduct analysis, reconciliations, and quality assurance in delivery
• Ensure compliance with regulations according to the firm's and clients' requirements, including documentation, customer due diligence, and routines according to the Money Laundering Act
• Contribute to continuous improvements with a focus on quality, efficiency, and long-term sustainable economic processes

Your profile

We are looking for you who is an experienced and confident accounting consultant or economist with high competence and a clear customer focus. You are used to taking responsibility for entire economic processes, work independently, and have the ability to both drive your own daily work and create security in the customer relationship.

You likely have at least ten years of relevant experience and are confident in qualified economic work such as year-end accounts, reporting, declarations, and advisory services. It is highly meritorious if you have good knowledge of group accounting.

We would like you to have:

• Post-secondary education in economics, such as a bachelor's degree or master's degree in economics
• Authorization via SRF or FAR, or equivalent experience
• Very good knowledge within accounting, tax, regulations, and economic processes
• Good system familiarity, preferably from Fortnox and Capego
• Very good knowledge of Swedish and English
• Additional language skills are meritorious
• Experience in working customer-facing, advisory, and business-oriented
