We are now looking for an Office Manager / Researcher to join our office on Strandvägen in Stockholm.

About the Role
This is a combined role where you will work as both a Researcher and an Office Manager.
As a Researcher, you will become a key part of our search and recruitment assignments. You will work closely with our consultants on mapping, candidate dialogues, and search activities ranging from specialist roles to executive board and CEO recruitment.
As an Office Manager, you are a central part of our operations, contributing to creating structure, energy, and a professional experience for our clients, candidates, and colleagues alike.
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Search and mapping of candidates
- Candidate contact and telephone interviews
- Advertising and administration within recruitment processes
- Scheduling interviews and meetings
- Reference checks
- Support to consultants and management
- Office administration and coordination
- Planning and execution of client events, seminars, and internal activities
Who are you?
We are looking for you who have at least one year of experience in research, search, or recruitment and wish to continue developing within the industry.
You do not need to be a fully trained researcher or recruitment consultant – the most important thing is that you have the right attitude, drive, and willingness to develop.

You communicate fluently in Swedish and have good knowledge of English.
