Responsibilities

Role 1: Accounting Consultant & Advisor

For you with at least three years of experience who wish to develop into a strong business sounding board. Together with your team, you work in fully digital processes with ongoing bookkeeping, reporting, as well as the preparation of financial statements and annual reports. You receive a tailored personal development plan based on what you find interesting and want to improve at.

Role 2: Senior Accounting Consultant / Account Manager

For you with deeper accounting competence who wish to combine analysis, planning, and overall responsibility for more complex customer assignments. You drive assignments independently without detailed supervision and work among other things with:

• Group accounting, consolidation, and financial statements on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
• Financial planning, budgeting, forecasts, cash flow analyses, and liquidity management.
• Management reporting and strategic decision support to owners and management teams.
• Coaching and mentoring of colleagues as well as quality assurance of deliverables.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, structured, and motivated by taking significant responsibility. Since you will work closely with entrepreneurs and owner-led companies, you have a genuine interest in business and entrepreneurship. You have the ability to explain complex economic issues in a simple and pedagogical way that creates security for the customer, and you are happy to share your knowledge with your colleagues.

Your qualifications:

• Education: Economics education (Bachelor's, Vocational College) or other relevant education for the role.
• Experience: At least 3 years of accounting experience. For the senior role, we see that you have at least 5 years of experience, including at least 2 years as an account manager at an accounting firm (with responsibility for quality, delivery, and project profitability).
• Systems: Good knowledge of Fortnox. Experience with Capego or similar accounting software is highly advantageous.
• Competence: For the senior role, it is required that you are completely independent in preparing financial statements, annual reports, and income tax returns. You should also have experience with group accounting, income tax returns, as well as financial planning & analysis. For Role 1, it is highly advantageous if you have started or done parts of this previously, but there are also great opportunities to learn and develop within this at the client.
