Do you want a key role where attention to detail really matters? To our office in Hallunda (Norsborg), we are now looking for an HR and Payroll Coordinator who can take independent overall responsibility for our payroll processing – from start to finish.

In this role, you are the one who ensures that all salaries are correct and paid on time every month.

About the role

You are independently responsible for the entire payroll process and serve as an important support to the organization in both payroll and HR matters. The role involves working closely with the HR Director and the business operations to create structure, quality, and security in our processes.

Main responsibilities

• Independently responsible for the entire monthly payroll run in Visma Lön, for both salaried employees and unionized staff
• Ensure that salaries, taxes, deductions, and benefits are correct
• Quality-assure data from the time system and follow up on discrepancies
• Handle:
  • final salaries
  • extra salary payments
  • wage attachments/garnishments
• Report to Fora, Collectum, and other external parties
• Perform reconciliations and reporting to authorities (e.g., the Swedish Tax Agency)
• Keep up to date with collective agreements and new regulations
• Support scheduling in the personnel system when needed

HR-related responsibilities

• Support recruitment and personnel matters
• Be an administrative support to managers in HR matters
• Handle simpler HR administration, e.g., employment contracts and personnel files

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience with independent payroll processing
• Is very detail-oriented and quality-conscious
• Has good knowledge of collective agreements and payroll processes
• Has experience with Visma Lön or similar systems
• Is structured, responsible, and enjoys working independently
• Has good communication skills and can collaborate with both managers and employees
