Business development is a priority issue for the municipality. We work actively to create good conditions for companies to start, grow, and establish themselves in Haninge. We are now looking for a Business Developer who wants to strengthen the dialogue with the business community and contribute to an even better business climate.

Your assignment

As a Business Developer, you work closely with Haninge's entrepreneurs and serve as a key link between the business community and the municipality.

Through company visits, networking, meeting places, and ongoing dialogue, you capture the needs, challenges, and development opportunities of companies. You contribute to strengthening the municipality's service to businesses and work together with colleagues throughout the organization to create good conditions for a growing business sector.

In the role, you will among other things:

• Plan and conduct company visits and business dialogues
• Coordinate and develop meeting places, networks, and activities for the business community
• Support companies in their contacts with the municipality through guidance and steering
• Work on the development of the municipality's NPS/NKI work (Net Promoter Score / Customer Satisfaction Index)
• Collaborate with municipal departments on issues affecting business, such as competence supply, security, schools, place development, and establishments
• Contribute to the implementation of Haninge Municipality's business program
• Prepare materials, communication, and information related to business development work.

The work involves many contact surfaces and requires good collaboration skills, initiative, and a genuine interest in entrepreneurship and societal development.

What we are looking for in you

• Relevant university education or experience that the employer deems equivalent.
• Experience in coordination, project management, or development work.
• Good ability to express yourself in speech and writing in Swedish.
• Good digital skills.
