Business Analyst for Heavy Vehicles at BITS DATA

The Role

As a Business Analyst, you will become part of this journey, helping to shape the workshops and dealerships of the future by combining business understanding, technology, and close collaboration with customers.

About the Position

As a Business Analyst, you play a central role in developing and creating value for our customers within the truck industry. You act as the link between business operations and IT, helping customers translate business needs into effective and sustainable system solutions.

In this role, you will work closely with customers, suppliers, and colleagues on everything from business analysis, requirement management, and process development to training and change management. You will actively contribute to optimizing customers' workflows and ensuring that our solutions create long-term business value.

You will have numerous contact points and collaborate with both customers and system suppliers. The role offers a varied daily routine where you will have the opportunity to influence, develop, and improve business-critical processes and system support.

Who Are You?

You are consultative, relationship-building, and have a well-developed ability to see the big picture. You are driven by developing businesses, processes, and operations, and have a good understanding of both the automotive industry and IT. You are confident in dialogues with both management and operations and have a knack for building trust.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience from the automotive industry, preferably within service markets, sales, aftermarket, or logistics.
• An academic degree in IT, economics, or equivalent.
• Good experience with business systems and integration solutions, such as accounting systems, invoice flows, payment solutions, and BI tools.
• Ability to collaborate with different functions and stakeholders, from management to operational activities.
• Experience with agile working methods and driving improvement and change initiatives.
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Very good computer literacy and experience with Microsoft 365.

Meritorious

• Experience in vehicle trade or aftermarket in larger organizations.
• Experience with AutoMaster or other DMS systems.
• Experience in training, workshop facilitation, or change management.
• Knowledge in BI, reporting, and business development.

Employment Details

Employment type: Permanent, with an initial 6-month probationary period.
