Do you want to be part of shaping the future of finance? Our client in the real estate industry is in an exciting growth phase and is investing in creating a modern, efficient, and business-close finance function with high digital maturity. We are now looking for an Accounting Assistant.

This is a full-time consulting assignment for 10 months, starting in November. For the right person, there is an opportunity for employment with our client afterwards. We are looking for you who want to be employed as a consultant by us, or who want to work as a sub-consultant.

About the role

We are looking for a meticulous and service-oriented Accounting Assistant who wants to work broadly within finance, with a special focus on accounts payable. You will be an important part of the team and contribute to ensuring efficient and high-quality processes. This role suits you if you enjoy operational work while also wanting to develop routines as the business grows.

Responsibilities

• Operational work within accounts payable, including registration, matching, coding, and payments.
• Handle ongoing reconciliations and ensure that flows maintain high quality and follow established routines.
• Support work with fixed assets, such as registration, follow-up, and depreciation.
• Assist in monthly and quarterly reporting with simpler bookings and supporting documents.
• Handle internal and external inquiries related to invoices and payments.
• Contribute to the improvement of working methods and routines as the function is established.
• Ensure structure and order in financial processes and contribute to good documentation.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who have experience working in finance, preferably with a focus on accounts payable. You have a basic understanding of accounting and are accustomed to working with financial systems and Excel. Experience with fixed assets or reporting is considered an advantage.

Personal qualities

To thrive in this role, you are meticulous, structured, and have an eye for detail. You are responsible, have good collaboration skills, and can work independently. Furthermore, you are service-oriented, flexible, and have a positive attitude towards developing and improving working methods.

About the company and assignment

This is a 10-month consulting assignment that suits both those who wish to invoice through their own company and those who wish to be employed by us. The assignment starts in November, and our client is located centrally in Stockholm.
