We are currently looking for a receptionist for an international and knowledge-intensive company in Stockholm. This position is perfect for you if you are looking for a long-term part-time role and can work every Wednesday, as well as covering shifts during sickness and holidays when needed.

About the Role

As a receptionist, you will be the face of the company and an integral part of daily operations. You will be responsible for creating a welcoming environment for both visitors and employees while ensuring the office runs smoothly.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Receiving visitors and registering guests
  • Managing the switchboard and incoming calls
  • Managing the shared reception email inbox
  • Receiving and distributing mail and deliveries
  • Ordering catering, coffee breaks, and other office-related services
  • Ensuring the office is welcoming and presentable
  • Supporting operations with various administrative tasks

In short – you ensure that daily office life runs smoothly and professionally.

Person Profile

Who are we looking for?

We believe you are someone who enjoys providing service and thrives on taking responsibility. You are social, proactive, and have a knack for building good relationships with people around you.

You might be studying at a university or college in fields such as economics, natural sciences, medicine, or another academic area, looking for a long-term part-time job alongside your studies. However, the most important thing is that you are curious, engaged, and enjoy being part of a team.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has experience in service, reception, or administration
  • Is comfortable working with the Microsoft Office suite
  • Has good computer and telephone skills
  • Speaks and writes fluent Swedish and English
  • Is self-motivated and solution-oriented
  • Maintains a calm and professional attitude even when multiple things are happening at once
  • Enjoys interacting with people and building relationships

About the Position

  • Fixed working hours every Wednesday
  • Working hours: 08:30–15:00 (lunch 12:00–12:30)
  • Location: Solna
  • Start date: September 1st
  • Long-term part-time position
  • Opportunity for extra shifts during sickness and holidays
  • Comprehensive induction and training provided
