RESPONSIBILITIES

At Odelsberg School, you will have the opportunity to be involved from the very beginning and make a real difference in children's school start. Here lies a unique opportunity to welcome a new preschool class and follow the students' development over several crucial years of their schooling.

Located in the heart of Strömstad, with easy access to the sea, forests, and city life, Odelsberg School is an F6 school (preschool class to grade 6) with approximately 320 students and a strong sense of community. Around 30 dedicated educators work here, creating a safe, developmental, and inspiring learning environment for our students.

In this role, together with two teaching colleagues and support staff, you will create the best conditions for our youngest students. Together, you will build a secure foundation for learning, curiosity, and hope for the future. Having the opportunity to follow a group of students from the start of preschool class and through the early school years is a special chance to build relationships and see each student grow and develop over time.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who are a certified teacher with eligibility for grade F3 (preschool class). You are confident in your profession and have the ability to build good relationships with students, guardians, and colleagues. You see collaboration as a natural strength and contribute with commitment, positive energy, and a genuine interest in students' learning and development.

As a person, you are stable, responsible, and solution-focused. You enjoy working together with others while also taking initiative and contributing to the development of the activity. Through your leadership, you create security, study peace, and a desire to learn.
