About the Role

We are now looking for you who want to be part of Lea Bank's continued establishment in Gothenburg!

Lea Bank is a digital bank with innovative and user-friendly solutions for financing, payments, and savings. The bank offers a fully digital service aimed at facilitating customers' management of their financial affairs. With digital loan processes, simple and user-friendly products, Lea Bank has taken a clear position on the Nordic market and currently operates in four markets: Norway, Finland, Sweden, and Spain. In this role, you will primarily work towards the Finnish and Swedish markets. It is therefore crucial for the position that you speak fluent Finnish as well as Swedish or English.

As a credit officer and customer service representative at the bank, you will have a varied and dynamic workday where you balance customer service with regulatory compliance and risk management. You will work broadly within the bank and collaborate with various departments, from credit assessment and customer handling to operational tasks and reporting. You will answer questions via phone, email, and chat, as well as handle various banking services and cases. You will also work with cross-selling and are driven by working towards clear goals. Your contribution directly contributes to creating a smooth and positive customer experience.

You will start your new role with training to create the right prerequisites for succeeding in your role and developing in your new job. The start date for the position is August 2026.

Main Responsibilities:

• Processing credit applications and loans.
• Gathering documentation and performing customer due diligence (KYC) during customer onboarding, including handling PEP, anti-money laundering, and fraud prevention.
• Actively working on cross-selling the bank's products.
• Handling customer inquiries through various channels such as email, chat, and phone.
• Ensuring good dialogue with the bank's various partners.

We are looking for you who:

• Have a strong sense of service and want to create good long-term relationships with your customers.
• Are result-oriented, driven by working towards clear goals with an interest in sales.
• Have good communication skills.
• Have experience working in digital channels.
• Are flexible, solution-oriented, structured, and thrive in a sometimes fast-paced work environment.
• Have previous experience in customer service or sales, preferably within banking, insurance, or the service industry.
• Speak and write fluently in Finnish.

Meritorious:

• Experience in the banking sector or similar industry.
• Knowledge of financial products and services.
• Experience with CRM systems and digital customer service tools.
• Knowledge of credit cards and loans.
