We are looking for several Customs Process Administrators for our office in Strömstad.

A Customs Process Administrator (CPA) is responsible within their team for coordinating and organizing the full range of customs services, for example, collecting relevant documents, preparing customs declarations, until the goods are customs cleared.

Together with your colleagues, you work on understanding and executing customs clearance and offering solutions based on our customers' needs. You will be part of a cheerful and knowledgeable team that works closely together and exchanges knowledge and expertise daily.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Administering customs declarations

• Interpreting regulations

• Classifying goods

• Maintaining good dialogue with customers, the Swedish Customs Agency, and other authorities

We are looking for someone who has:

• Experience from the industry or other work experience, as well as a completed upper secondary education

• A positive attitude and the ability to build good customer relationships

• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written

• High service awareness and is solution-oriented

• Easy to work in a team, but also with good ability to work independently
