As Sector Alarm continues to grow, we are now looking for a Recruiter to join our team at our headquarters in Citygate – the tallest office building in the Nordics with a fantastic view over Gothenburg.

About the role

As a Recruiter here, you work closely with the business and are responsible for all or part of the recruitment process to find multiple sales representatives for our offices across the country.

You:

• actively work with sourcing, advertising, and selection
• conduct phone interviews, candidate assessments, and in some cases final interviews
• handle administration related to the employment process

The role is both social and independent, with clear goals in a sales-driven environment where the pace is high and results are the focus.

You will become part of a team of four people who work closely together to strengthen our sales organization and contribute to our ambitious growth goals. We support each other, tackle challenges with energy – and we are really good at celebrating our successes along the way!

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who wants to develop within recruitment and thrives in a dynamic and results-oriented environment. Perhaps you have a background in service and want to take the next step in your career? Having your own experience from the sales profession is a plus.

As a person, you are:

• results-oriented, responsible, and enjoy structuring your work
• proactive and driven by moving processes forward
• social and relationship-building – you enjoy having many contacts daily

Requirements

• Fluent Swedish in speech and writing
• Good knowledge of English
• Clean criminal record check (required within the security industry)
