About the role

We are looking for a Procurement Project Leader who wants to serve as a central link between procurement, project operations, and the product organization. The role involves leading and coordinating procurement-related activities within projects and operational initiatives throughout the entire product lifecycle.

You will work closely with functions such as project management, engineering, production, planning, quality, and procurement. The focus is on execution, coordination, and ensuring progress in projects and business-critical activities.

This is a role for you if you enjoy creating structure in complex contexts and are comfortable driving issues forward even when conditions change.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and coordinate procurement-related activities within projects and product areas.
  • Act as the procurement function's representative in cross-functional project teams.
  • Ensure progress and follow-up of activities across different functions and stakeholders.
  • Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks related to supply and procurement.
  • Coordinate risk-mitigating measures and support decision-making processes.
  • Ensure clear information flow between procurement and the project organization.
  • Support project and product teams in planning, prioritization, and execution.
  • Contribute to creating structure and clarity in a changing and complex business environment.
We are looking for someone who
  • Has an academic education in areas such as engineering, economics, supply chain, or similar.
  • Has 1–3 years of experience in project management, procurement, supply chain, management consulting, or similar cross-functional roles.
  • Is accustomed to working independently and driving issues forward in complex organizations.
  • Has strong communication skills and a strong stakeholder focus.
  • Is structured, analytical, and solution-oriented.
  • Fluently speaks and writes both Swedish and English.
Qualifications that are a plus
  • Experience from industrial, manufacturing, or high-tech operations.
  • Experience in cross-functional project work.
  • Experience in risk management, business development, or change management.
