Job Description

We are currently looking for you to join our team, where you will have the chance to grow in a versatile role combining customer service, inside sales, and technical advisory.

As a customer-focused sales support specialist, you will become the hub of daily operations and the face of the company for both new and existing customers, guiding and supporting them via phone and email. You will handle order processing and serve as the invaluable backbone for our field sales team by preparing quotations and managing complex customer inquiries. Your daily routine will be dynamic and broad, as you will also step in on the warehouse or in the store when needed, giving you a fantastic holistic view of the entire business and all products.

Responsibilities

  • Customer service, order processing, and sales to existing and new customers.
  • Contact with customers via phone and email.
  • Support for field sales staff with quotations and customer inquiries.
  • Technical support and advice regarding our products and solutions.
  • Support operations in the warehouse and store when needed.

Qualifications

  • Upper secondary education (High school diploma).
  • Experience in a similar role.
  • Experience in business development and value-based sales.
  • Proficiency in working with administrative IT systems, primarily within the Office suite.
  • Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience from the industry.
  • Good technical understanding.
