About the role

As a procurement specialist/purchaser here, you will have a varied role where you work both strategically and operationally. You are responsible for the entire purchasing and procurement process – from needs analysis and market dialogue to implementation, contract follow-up, and the development of working methods and supplier collaborations.

You will work closely with the operations and serve as a support to managers and employees in matters concerning purchasing, contracts, and procurement.

Responsibilities

The role includes, among other things:

• Plan and conduct procurements
• Prepare procurement documents and specifications
• Drive and develop strategic purchasing work
• Conduct analyses of purchases, costs, and supplier markets
• Negotiate and follow up on contracts
• Ensure that purchases comply with applicable laws, guidelines, and internal processes
• Provide support to the organization in purchasing and contract matters
• Contribute to the development and streamlining of processes and working methods

We are looking for you who

We are looking for you with experience in purchasing and procurement who thrives in working both strategically and operationally. As a person, you are structured, analytical, and have a business-minded approach. The role requires that you can drive your own processes while having good collaboration skills and an ability to build trust within the organization. You should also be proficient with various systems.

We would appreciate if you have:

• Experience in purchasing and/or procurement
• Experience in contract management and supplier dialogues
• Good ability to express yourself in speech and writing in Swedish
• Post-secondary education in purchasing, procurement, economics, or law
• Experience with public procurement according to LUF (Swedish Public Procurement Act)
